“See clearly what could be.”
Before anything is built, it is imagined. The house exists in the mind before the foundation is poured; the regenerative future exists as a vision before it exists as a reality. The hemp farmer sows a bare field and already sees food, medicine, fuel, building and cloth. Nothing on the ground supports that picture yet. Vision is the faculty that perceives what is not yet there. The capacity to look at an empty field and see the forest, to look at a problem and see the solution that does not yet exist.
When this card appears, it is calling on your imaginative power, and perhaps reminding you that you have been neglecting it. Amid the daily demands of life, many of us stop dreaming; we manage what is and forget to envision what could be. Vision asks you to lift your eyes and dream deliberately. What future are you actually moving toward? Have you chosen it deliberately, or inherited it from habit and expectation? A clear vision is one of the most practical things you can possess, because it organises everything beneath it: a person who knows where they are going makes better decisions than one who does not.
This card may also be affirming a vision you already hold but have doubted. Telling you to trust the picture and give it enough weight to guide your practical choices. The visionary's task is to see it so clearly that others begin to see it too. Dream it first. Then build.
AffirmationI dare to envision new possibilities, trusting my vision to guide what I bring into being.
ReflectionWhat bold future am I being called to create?
