“Purpose is not a place you reach. It is a way you live.”
We are taught to search for our purpose as though it were a hidden object. A single right answer waiting to be discovered, after which everything would make sense. This search keeps many people paralysed for years. Yet there is no single point to hemp. Seed, stalk, leaf and root each offer something of value. Its purpose lies not in one product, but in the many ways it can grow, adapt and serve. Hemp offers a useful reminder: purpose is not found through waiting and thinking alone; it reveals itself through living and doing.
Clarity often grows through a mixture of reflection and experimentation, while meaning gathers along the way. When this card appears, it may find you waiting for certainty before you commit. Wanting to know you are moving in the right direction before taking a single step. But direction reveals itself only through movement. Take one meaningful step towards something that matters to you, and the next will become visible. Wait for the entire path to reveal itself, and you may wait forever. Purpose also asks you to notice that meaning is less about scale than alignment.
You do not need a grand mission to live purposefully; you need to bring intention and care to what you genuinely value. What feels meaningful, even slightly? Move towards it. Purpose is not a destination you arrive at, but a direction you continue to choose. And you draw closer to it the moment you stop searching and begin walking.
AffirmationI live my way into purpose through meaningful action.
ReflectionWhere am I waiting for certainty instead of taking one meaningful step?
